Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Disability, Community Services, or a higher equivalent qualification
Confirmation of Enrolment (COE) or Reference Letter from Current Institution (if currently studying)
Proof of Flu Vaccination
Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination
